Performance 

When it comes to performance, both vehicles are virtually identical. Equipped with turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engines and a standard all-wheel drive system, the QX50 and the RDX offer nearly the same power figures, with the main difference being the transmission. The INFINITI is fitted with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), while the RDX receives a traditional 10-speed automatic. The result is marginally better fuel consumption metrics from the INFINITI vs the Acura, at 9.7L/100km and 9.9L/100km, respectively.
